Bengals receiver Chris Henry has passed away at the young age of 26. After falling out the back of a pick up truck following a domestic dispute with his fiance yesterday, Chris henry succumbed to his injuries at 6:36 this morning. Details have not been released and no arrests have been made. Of course as details come in I will keep you up to date. RIP Chris Henry such a tragic ending for someone who had such a bright future! And can we please stop with the domestic violence!!!

THE TIGER SLEEPS ALONE TONIGHT

Tiger Woods’ wife is officially leaving, it looks like. Elin Nordegren is said to be packing her things and taking the kids to live in Sweden. Her husband will NOT be going with them. Her plan is to be entirely moved out of the Florida home they shared by Christmas, and Nordegren has been meeting with divorce lawyers to renegotiate the pre-nup. Which, I could have sworn they had already done. Perhaps she wants to secure the most money possible before she peaces out. This move comes several weeks after claims that Tiger was unfaithful before and during their marriage, with his grand total of alleged mistresses currently topping out at 14. Elin was spotted earlier in the week without her wedding band, which led people to think that her departure from the relationship was imminent.

Speaking of Tiger, wow!!!! We are now at mistress number 5 and I am sure that as the day continues on the number will increase. The allegations that are coming out against Tiger are things he will not be able to come back from. First, there is an alleged email in which he tells one mistress that he would like to be married to her, another mistress alleges that they took drugs before their sexual encounters and finally yet another mistress claims that Tiger was very rough with her sexually. I cannot imagine the devestation that his family, especially his wife, is going through. I bet he wishes he could take it all back. Even his billions can't fix this. A LETTER ABOUT THE PLEASURE P MOLESTATION ALLEGATIONS:

Dear, *****, I know you heard a lot about the whole “Pretty Rickey/Pleasure P” child molestation drama. Well I am VERY close to the situation and BOTH parties and I want you to understand that it is ALL true. Not speculation or anything. He was convicted. The problem lies in Blue Star Entertainment, the label that housed and groomed Pretty Ricky. They paid a substantial amount of money to have these documents sealed back in 2006. The label wanted to keep the aura of Pleasure in the group and figured since he was signed basically for life that they would recoup the cost. Well, this was not the case as the other members of Pretty Ricky started separating themselves from Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper as time went on. This eventually lead to them riding in separate cars to shows, arguing amongst themselves to them even jumping him (Pleasure P) at one point. This lead to him leaving the group but he is still very much contracted to Blue Stars Entertainment for 5 albums.

Here’s what happened: When he was 16 going on 17, he was left alone with his niece and nephew with whom he touched and penetrated with fingers on several occasions. His aunt noticed his niece complaining of her genital area hurting, when asked what happened she replied “Uncle Marcus keeps touching me and he hurt me”. Of course Marcus (Pleasure P) denied the allegations but the doctor found signs that she had vaginal damage and tearing. Charges were then pursued by the State of Florida.

The incident happened in 2004 going into 2005. He served like 8 months, rehab and community service by time the trial came up. Marcus accepted a plea with the State of Florida and Joseph Smith who is the care giver of the niece and nephew which Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper molested. These are not the only papers filed against him. These are the first of 3. As part of the plea agreement Marcus plead guilty and paid an “undisclosed amount” to remain free and have the records “sealed” and on the family level for them to remain quiet and not to speak publicly about it. The “sealed document” means nothing other than “we won’t tell anyone it’s here..but if they find it they can have it” basically. The problem also is that Attorney Goldstein (Who represented Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper in the trial) has a daughter named Laura Goldstein who is also her fathers assistant. Marcus Cooper never completed his payments after the hearing to his attorney.

Attorney Goldstein tried to reach out to Marcus only to be told “Don’t call this phone no more” on several occasions. This caused frustration on Attorney Goldstein’s ends due to the time & effort he put into this “special plea bargain” he negotiated that I don’t think ANY attorney could have done. After Attorney Goldstein threatened to sue Marcus Cooper the “alleged threats” became real from Coopers end. I have personally heard these messages and I know who they are from and they are very disturbing. Especially to an attorney who can use them against you.

Laura Goldstein felt her father was not doing enough to stop the threats as they began to increase so she took to twitter (her twitter is@AGoldsteinGirl) to “expose” Marcus “Pleasure P” Cooper in a way that was sure to make him “go away”. Now all the documents from the initial hearing have been released and there is plenty more evidence out there I assure you. Everyone involved including Spectacular (Pretty Ricky) have commented via twitter on the documents in shock thinking they would never get out.

The next problem is whether Laura Goldsteins father will have to pay the ultimate price of getting disbarred for breaking Attorney Client Privilege or will it be deemed public domain? I don’t know, but I do know both parties and its about to get ugly. I will keep you up to speed if anything else jumps off.

Douche bag Jon Gosselin is going to have a very tough time in court. TLC is not messing around with their law suit. Not only are they calling to the witness stand the baby sitter that jon allegedly slept with, but also a body guard who claims he witnessed Jon doing cocaine on more than one occassion. According to B-right, Jon was probably doing cocaine to stay awake to raise 8 kids. I say, no excuses Jon. Stop Snorting coke and for the love of God take of that damn Ed Hardy!

Lots of pictures of LILO crying keep popping up all over the internet. Rumor has it that the latest batch stem from an incident that happened at a club. Apparently lindsay went into a kitchen of a club and grabbed two bottles of champagne. After finishing them her and her crew decided to leave but not before the waiter told her she had to pay. Saddened about not having the pull that she used to LILO had a melt down screaming, "I do not pay for drinks, I am Lindsay Lohan." Poor LILO, someone please help her get it together!

2012 kicked butt at the box office this weekend. If people are scared of the world ending, we sure can't tell! The movie brought in 65 million nationwide and 225 million worldwide. Wowsa. I'm a little nervous to check out the movie because the end of the world is not something that makes me happy, not to mention my good friend Movie Man said he was so out on this movie! Either way, let's hope we make it through 2012, I'm gonna go with the Mayans jus got tired and gave up. :)

Lots of jokes last night at The Country Music Awards! It was Taylor Swifts time to Shine and she got her revenge on Kanye west. Listen HERE. Taylor was not the only one to make fun of Kanye. Country stars Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley did as well. Listen HERE. While the night had many jokes there was one moment that stood out from the rest. Taylor Swift was named Entertainer of the Year, the first woman to do that in 10 years. The last woman to do that was Shania Twain in 1999! Congrats T-Swizzle!

Mike Tyson got into a little scuffle at LAX airport. I have no idea who would get close enough to Mike Tyson to actually get punched but it happened. Apparently Mike was not happy with the paparazzi for following him around the airport so how better to make a point then by punching a photog in the face? Mike and the photographer were both arrested. The photographer is now nursing a broken nose, Mike made it out unscathed :)

Happy Hump day my loves. We are halfway through this week and here's what it's looking like in Hollywood!

Rihanna is set to sit down and open up about the Chris Brown beat down this Friday, but already bits and pieces of the interview keep leaking out. Rihanna expresses that if abuse is something that can happen to her then it can happen to anyone. She also talks about feeling like Britney Spears with the media frenzy that ensued following the assault. I will definitely be tuning in to hear Rihanna open up. I am going to keep a little faith that she will be an inspiration to women rather than just plug her album.

Lindsay Lohan's Daddy says he refuses to let his daughter die. He claims she is addicted to and abusing numerous prescriptin drugs including Xanax, adderol and Paxil. He says his daughter is beautiful but that she is beginning to look 100 years old. He is headed to court to try to get a conservatorship over her. Wow Britney 2.0. I truly pray for her. I cannot imagine growing up in that lifestyle. The poor girl does need help or she could be headed down the same path as MJ, Heath Ledger and Anna Nicole. Get better LiLo!

Jon Gosselin is telling his business via Twitter again. John claims that Kate slipped up during her TLC special by admitting that her and Jon have been seperated for over a year-Something that Jon has been saying for a long time. News to Jon. Beyonce is going to let you get up close and personal with her this Thanksgiving. Yep she will star in her first ever TV special. "I AM YOURS" will air on ABC, make sure to mark it down. The special will feature a behind the scene look into the life of Miss Beyonce as well as a look back at her childhood and some of her performaces from her Las Vegas Shows. Beyonce sure can put on a show so make sure you tune into this one!

Wow, this guy is a money making monster! Turns out all those interviews that Haley Glassman has been doing have actually been set up by none other than douche bag of the world Jon Gosselin. So, basically he is pimpen out his girlfriend to make money. In case your wondering, of course they are not broken up! This is all a money making venture people wise up! Lame.

Jessica Simpson took to her Twitter to talk nasty about Melrose Place. I'm guessing this has to do with the fact that her sister just got fired from the show. Jessica complained about the storyline and script. Rumor has it that the reason little miss stuck in Jessica's shadow got fired is because she is a terrible actress. LOL, not too hard to believe.

Happy Monday my loves! Here's what it's looking like in Hollywood.

We've heard Chris Brown's side of the story numerous times. He tweets video montages, he's been on Larry King, pretty much he just won't shut up! Finally we will be able to hear the other side of the story. Yep, Riri will sit down for indepth interview on 20/20 this Friday, make sure you mark your calenders. I hope they ask her all the tough questions but I'm sure we won't really learn anything more than what we already know. I just hope BOTH of them get their lives together!

More women are coming forward saying they also slept with Fergie's husband. Looks like Josh Duhamel's favorite past time is sleeping with women who are not his wife on the set of movies. Well, they can't all be lying sooooo, I smell a Hollywood Divorce. I sure hope my girl Fergie keeps it moving!

Uh oh...Somebody likes Ryan Seacrest a lot! Yep the American Idol judge has gone and got himself a stalker :( Seacrest was granted a restraining order against a crazed fan after the obsessed stalker stormed the E studio with a knife. Maybe he's not an idol fan. LOL

Mariah Carey and movies don't really go together. Just think Glitter. Rumor has it however, that that's all about to change. Mariah will sit down with Larry King this Wedesday to discuss her new movie Precious. In the film, Mariah portrays an overwhelmed social worker trying to help a teen girl. The critics are ACTUALLY praising Mariah's performance. I can't wait to see the Oprah approved, directed and financed film.

The war between Sarah Palin and Levi Johnston rages on. Her grandson’s father told CBS this week that Sarah frequently referred to her youngest son, who suffers from down’s syndrome, as “retarded.” Sarah has shot back, saying that Levi is only seeking attention with statements like this, pointing out that he’s forayed this current controversy into a Playgirl photo shoot. I think this is really sad and I am so over this whole family!

Ok I cannot actually believe that this is going to happen but rumor has it that Jon Gosselin and Octo-mom my be getting their own reality TV show together in which they date. Between the two of them they would be raising 22 kids. Yes, it would be interesting and I would surely tune in to see that train wreck, but I sincerly hope the world isn't this ridiculous!

Uh oh! Looks like Fergie's Lady Lumps arn't working for husband Josh Duhamel. According to an Atlanta stripper, who took and passed a lie detector test, Josh is not faithful and she can prove that she spent a night with Fergie Ferg's husband! I have to believe the stripper on this one! Especially since She passed the lie dectector test and Josh refuses to take one. What cha hiding Joshey?!

Lindsay Lohan will host a documentary focused on child trafficking in India. Yes, that makes sense. You want to do a documentary focused on a serious matter that definately needs some attention, so what do you do? Get the most unreliable basket case in Hollywood to host it. What a joke! Lindsay says she enjoys taking time off for chairity. I just hope she takes some time to get her mind right.

Plies apparently gave out $1000 to an 11 year old girl in the audience at this concert at FAMU this past weekend. Why? it’s because he felt like she was too young to be there hearing his “Bust It Baby” lyrics. He said the money is for her parents “to take her somewhere nice.” See, even though we can't exactly understands what he's saying, atleast we know he has a heart :)

Holy money batman!!!!! People close to Mary-Kate Olsen say that she and boyfriend Nate Lowman are nearing their walk down the aisle, but there’s the small matter of $900 million in the way. That’s the estimated worth of the Olsen empire, and Mary-Kate’s legal team is ironing out an air tight pre-nup that Lowman will have to sign before he becomes Mr. Mary-Kate Olsen. Chris Brown is a little sad and he's tweeting to the whole world about it. Yesterday, he posted a link to a YouTube video montage of his relationship with ex-girlfriend Rihanna, set to R. Kelly’s “The Way We Used to Be” on his Twitter page. He immediately followed that post with: “FOR THE FELLAS: showing emotion doesn’t make u weak… BEING HONEST MAKES U STRONG” The posts sparked a spat between Brown and celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton, when Perez tweeted: “You’re right. But beating and biting your girlfriend DOES make you weak! You are weak!”Brown answered: “who cares what perez thinks… he looks like shrek.lmao.. and his purpose is pointless. HE A CELEB GROUPIE. kick rockz” “It’s not just me, sweetie. EVERYONE thinks that beating and biting a woman is weak! Don’t deflect; ACCEPT. You = weak!” retorted Perez. I have to say that I agree with Perez on this one. Not really a fan of Beat Down Brown.

The MN Twins will not be a part of The World Series :( but Hip Hop will be! Jay Z will perform with Alicia Keys "Empire State of Mind" as the Yankees take on the Phillies. Brad Pitt took a little spill on his bike :( Pitt was seen trying to maneuver his bike between a van and a parked car at a red light when he suddenly loses control -- and crashed to the ground.   During his fall, Brad slams against the car and it appears his bike knocks into the van.   Brad said he was "fine" after the minor crash -- but the chopper needed to be towed. Poor pretty boy. Atleast he was wearing a helmet. Love him.

Hey Friends :) Happy Monday! Ok, here's what it's looking like in Hollywood.

Well atleast TI will have some company! Yep, Lil Wayne, who will be officially sentenced on December 15th, has taken a plea bargain! Lil Wayne has pleaded guilty to attempted weapon possession after DNA results linked him to an illegal handgun discovered on his tour bus. The rapper was given a year in prison, which was part of a plea bargain that reduced his jail time by two and a half years. We hear that Weezy was very respectful in court. All I want to know is, how will music survive 365 days without Lil Wayne?!

Looks like Kanye is off the hook. All charges against him and his manager stemming from an incident back in september of 2008 where he allegedly attacked a paparazzi have been dropped. Kanye will have to do 50 hours of community service. Good news for him, sad news for us. Can you imagine Kanye doing real jail time. Makes me smile just thinking about it.

Justin Timberlake has a stalker, and you wonder why :) The boy can sing, dance and is easy on the eyes....Yes, I would stalk him anyday. Apparently his lady stalker has crossed a few too many boundaries, showing up to his house claiming that she knows him. JT has gotten an order of protection against the poor misguided woman, and I'm guessing our misguided stalker received a broken heart.

Let the count down begin. Michael Jackson's movie hits theatres This week and I am sooooo excited. So what does the family think? Jackie Jackson has spoken out saying, "My brother's movie 'This Is It' is truly riveting. Michael is electrifying! We get a glimpse of a true genius at work. His passionate message for healing the world, saving the planet and our children's futures is something he was always striving for in his lifetime."  So far Katherine Jackson is unmoved, I hear she will not see the movie. I know I will shed a few tears watching my Mike :(
